Shipping & Refund Policies

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: This includes order verification, quality check and packaging.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 12 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

If you receive a damaged item, please let us know within 7 business days for return authorization. Please save all packaging, and return the item with original packaging. Damaged items can be returned for store credit. Tankard Lane is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We ship USPS First Class, Priority Mail and UPS. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

You may return any item in original, resale condition within 20 days of the purchase date, unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AFTER 20 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE. You will receive a store credit for the total product price plus tax, less shipping and handling.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. This does not include items purchased with a promotional discount applied to the entire purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@ontankardlane.com and send your item to: 14825 Rosetown Avenue Fontana California US 92336.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse at: 14825 Rosetown Avenue Fontana California US 92336

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
